The CIFWA Youth Peers are an integral part of the Cook Islands Family Welfare association's programs.

Established in 2010 by Executive Director Rongo File, CIFWA Youth Peers was born of the belief that Youth need to be involved in the planning and implementing of Youth focused programs. 

​

Our Youth Peers are trained in youth peer and comprehensive sexuality education, and are involved in the decision making process for all youth based programs. 

​

Any young person can volunteer to be a CIFWA youth Peer and make a difference in the lives of young people throughout the Cook Islands.
